Omar Alkilani collaborated with the young Syrian singer Azzam Alshabaan to re-record, produce, and rearrange "Hijaz Medley" on the guitar. This medley blends three Arabic songs: "Hal Asmar Ellon," "Bali Ma'ak," and "Asabaka Eshkon." The recording and filming took place in Omar Alkilani's sound studio, "Culter."
