Omar Alkilani collaborated with the young Syrian singer Azzam Alshabaan to re-record, produce, and rearrange "Hijaz Medley" on the guitar. This medley blends four Arabic songs: "Fawq Elna Khil," "Kunna Sitta Ala Nabaa," "El Helwa Di," and "Mariam Mariamti." The recording took place in Omar Alkilani's sound studio, "Culter."
