Omar Alkilani founded and leads 'Mood Band,' an Arabic oriental music ensemble, which participated in the UNHCR World Refugee Day concert for the second time in 2019. Organized by UNHCR and the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (IKSV), the event featured a variety of performances, including acts like Collective Istanbul and Baba Zula, among others.
